Special configurations
1. Version with heating jacket
For applications where maintaining the medium's temperature is critical, the EMIS-META 215 can be equipped with a heating jacket. This jacket allows the supply of hot oil or steam to ensure the medium's temperature remains stable performance as it passes through the rotameter.
2. Corrosion-resistant version
The EMIS-META 215 is available in an anti-corrosion configuration for chemically aggressive mediums. The wetted parts feature a special PTFE lining, making it ideal for handling corrosive liquids, including those containing hydrogen sulfide.
3. Food-grade version
The food-grade version of the EMIS-META 215 is constructed entirely of stainless steel and certified for use in the food industry. It is suitable for measuring the flow of gases, liquids, and steam in food processing applications.
4. Version with Limit Switches
For applications requiring additional safety, the rotameter can be equipped with one or two limit switches. This version is available only without an output signal and LCD display.
