Vibrating level switch EMIS-SIGNAL for liquid
The EMIS-SIGNAL vibrating level switch is a level sensor designed to detect and indicate when a monitored medium in a tank or pipe reaches a specific level. It consists of a sensor in the form of a tuning fork (vibrating fork) that comes into contact with the medium, and an electronic unit that generates specific signals when the level exceeds permissible parameters. In its standard configuration, the vibrating fork has a length of 50 mm for liquids. For custom orders, the length can be extended up to 6,000 mm.
Key features & advantages
Unlike similar devices that rely on other physical principles, the vibrating level switch is insensitive to the conductivity or dielectric constant of the medium, as well as to the presence of foam, debris on the surface, or gas and solid inclusions within the medium.
The vibrating level switch is equipped with two pairs of normally closed and normally open contacts. Their switching depends on the level alarm setting (upper or lower) and the presence of contact with the medium.
A built-in LED indicator displays the state of the contacts, providing a clear visual representation of the device's status.
This robust and reliable solution is ideal for monitoring liquid levels in a wide range of industrial applications, ensuring precise and consistent performance even in challenging environments.
